What Mail Club Hub is
Mail Club Hub is a directory that helps people find mail clubs, pen pals, and letter-writing resources, and helps creators list and grow their clubs. The clubs listed here are run by independent people and businesses. We are not the seller of those clubs and we don't produce or mail their letters. When you subscribe to a club, that's an arrangement between you and that club.
Your account
If you create an account, please give accurate information and keep your login to yourself. You're responsible for what happens under your account. Let us know right away if you think someone else is using it.
Listing a club
Listing a club is free. By adding one, you confirm you have the right to list it and that the details are accurate. You keep ownership of the words and images you submit, and you give us permission to display and promote them on Mail Club Hub. We may review, edit, or remove any listing to keep the directory helpful and honest, and we may decline or take down listings at our discretion.
Gift cards
Mail Club Hub gift cards are covered by our Gift Card Terms. In short: $15 buys one full month of any participating club, the card does not expire, and the program is US-only for now.
Reviews and recommendations
When we recommend a club or product, it's our honest opinion. We don't use affiliate links and we don't take money to feature or rank anyone. You can read more on our disclosure page.
Using the site fairly
Please don't misuse Mail Club Hub. That means no spamming, scraping, or overloading the site; no posting unlawful, harmful, or misleading content; no impersonating others; and no trying to break or get around our security. We may suspend accounts or listings that do.
Other clubs and outside links
Clubs and links you find here lead to independent people and sites we don't control. We share them because we think they're worth knowing about, but we're not responsible for their mail, their fulfilment, or their content. If something goes wrong with a club's mailing, contact the club first, and tell us too so we can help.
Provided as is
We work hard to keep the directory accurate and the site running, but we provide Mail Club Hub "as is." We don't guarantee that every listing is complete or current, or that the site will always be available. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Mail Club Hub is not liable for indirect or incidental losses arising from your use of the site or from any club you find through it.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll change the date below and note anything meaningful.
