Gift Card Terms

The plain-English terms for buying and redeeming a Mail Club Hub gift card.

Last updated: July 3, 2026

These terms cover Mail Club Hub gift cards. Buying or redeeming one means you agree to them. We've kept them short and clear on purpose.

What a gift card is

A Mail Club Hub gift card buys one full month of mail from any club in our gift card program. That is exactly what you are buying: one month, not a dollar balance. It happens to cost $15, and that single price covers a full month of any participating club, no matter what that club normally charges for a month.

Of the $15, the club you choose receives $10 and Mail Club Hub keeps $5 to run the directory and the gift card program.

A gift card is not a store balance or credit, and it is not "$15 toward a club." It cannot be split across clubs, topped up, reloaded, or exchanged for cash. One card is one month of one club.

No expiration

Your gift card does not expire. There are no dormancy or inactivity fees, ever. Redeem it whenever you like.

United States only

For now, the gift card program is US-only: participating clubs, redemption, and shipping addresses must be in the United States. If that changes, we'll update these terms.

How to redeem

That's it. The club is told where to send the month, and your one month of mail is on its way. Each code can be redeemed once.

Who buys, who receives

You can buy a card as a gift for someone else, or to treat yourself. If it's a gift, the code and a redemption link can be sent straight to the recipient, or to you to pass along however you like. Whoever holds the code can redeem it, so please treat it like cash.

Refunds

Gift cards are generally non-refundable once purchased, except where the law requires otherwise. But we want you happy: if a club can't deliver a redeemed month, reach out and we'll make it right, by helping you redeem with another club, or by refunding that card.

Lost or stolen codes

Because a code works like cash, keep it somewhere safe. If a code is lost or you think it's been used without your say-so, write to us and we'll do our best to help.

The clubs

Clubs join the gift card program voluntarily and mail your month themselves. Mail Club Hub curates the directory and runs the gift card system; the individual clubs are responsible for producing and sending their own mail. If something isn't right with a mailing, tell us and we'll help sort it out.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Cards already purchased keep the terms that applied when they were bought, including the no-expiration promise.
