Creative, not technical? I'll build the business, automations and all.
You bring the idea and the thing you want to send. I build the rest: the website, the subscriptions, the welcome email, every piece of plumbing that turns a lovely idea into a club people can actually join. You start mailing in weeks, not months.
You had the idea. Maybe you had the paper picked out, the first letter half-written in your head. Then the how-to said "connect a payment processor" and "set up your recurring billing," and something in you went quiet.
You're not bad at this. It's just not your work. Your work is the thing that goes in the envelope.
A club that's ready to open its doors
Built and tested. Every piece:
A small brand site
Home, about, and a join page that looks like you, not like a template someone forgot to finish.
Subscription billing, set up and tested
The recurring payments that scared you off, working and taking real money.
Your products, configured
Your tiers, what ships, how often. Sorted so a new member just picks and joins.
A welcome email that sends itself
The warm hello every new member gets the moment they join, automated.
A walkthrough, so you can run it
I hand you the keys and show you how to drive. You own all of it.
A soft landing after launch
A 90-day support window while you find your feet, so you're never stuck alone on day one.
You end up with a club you can run, not a pile of software you have to babysit.
I didn't learn this from a course. I built it. My own mail clubs run on a stack I wired by hand: the site, the recurring billing, the member list, the automations that send the right thing at the right time. I know exactly where it gets confusing, because I got confused there first.
Plenty of people can build you a website. Almost none of them understand a mail club: recurring letter subscriptions, what ships and when, the difference between a member and a one-time buyer. I do. That's the whole reason this page exists.
Five steps, and I do the heavy ones
You tell me about your club
What you want to send, who it's for, where you are now. A short form to start, then a real conversation.
We map the build
On a quick call we settle the scope, the tools, and your price. No surprises later.
I build it
You keep creating while I wire the site, the billing, and the automations. I check in; I don't disappear.
I hand you the keys
A walkthrough call where I show you how everything runs, and you try it yourself.
You open the doors
Your club goes live and takes its first member. I stay close for a bit while you settle in.
Most builds take a few weeks, not the six months it takes to teach yourself.
I'd rather tell you now than take your money and disappoint you later. This isn't for you if:
- Your club is already running and you just want it automated. That's the course, and it's $77.
- You love the tech and want to build it yourself. Buy the Blueprint and go. It's $27 and it's good.
- You want someone to write your letters or pack your mail. I build the machine; you bring the magic that goes through it.
And what's not in the build: ongoing content or fulfillment (that's the fun part, it's yours), a big custom design job (you get a clean, lovely site, not a six-week branding project), and endless revisions (we agree on three rounds up front, so the build actually ships).
Builds start at $1,500.
That's the floor for a full club, built and running. Your exact price depends on what you need: a bigger site, more moving parts, extra tools. We settle it together on the call, before any work starts, and it doesn't move after that.
- Simple club? You're at the floor.
- Bigger build? I'll quote it straight, and you decide.
- Want me to keep it running after launch? That's a small monthly care plan, added when you're ready.
I take two builds a month. Two. That's not a marketing trick, it's so each club gets built right, and so my own clubs still get built. When the month's slots are gone, they're gone.
Two smaller ways to start, both yours today:
The Blueprint
The 15-day plan to design and launch your club yourself.
$77The Course
Learn to run and automate a club you've already opened.
Start there, and when the admin wall gets too tall, I'll be right here.
The honest answers
My content isn't ready. Is that okay?
Completely. You don't need every letter written, just a rough idea of what you're sending and who it's for. We shape the rest on the call.
Do I own everything?
Yes. Every account is in your name, and I show you how to run it all after I hand it over.
Can you do my logo or write my letters?
The build gets you a clean site. A big design job or the writing itself is yours, that's your voice and your art. I can point you to help.
How long does it take?
Usually a few weeks, depending on scope and how fast we get your pieces together.
What if I need changes later?
Small tweaks happen; we agree on three rounds in the build. For ongoing "keep it running" help, ask about the monthly care plan.
How do you decide my price?
On the call. I look at what you need built, give you a straight number from $1,500 up, and it's fixed before I start.
Let's build your club
You've got the idea. You've maybe had it a while. Let me build the part that's been stopping you, so the only thing left is the part you love.
I built Mail Club Hub to put more mail in the world. My tiny (nano) way of trying to save the post office. Your club is one more mailbox worth checking. Let's open it.

Your note is on its way
Thank you for telling me about your club. It landed in my mailbox and I'll get back to you soon, from one letter lover to another.
