I trained to be a postal carrier once. The part I loved was watching someone pull a real letter out of a mailbox that had held nothing but bills for months. They would stop on the step and read it twice. I would be three houses down before they finished, still smiling.
A person's whole day turns on the right envelope. Mail clubs are how you make that happen on purpose, month after month, and I fell for them hard.
The trouble is finding them. Mail clubs hide: a corner of someone's Etsy shop, a buried Instagram highlight, a Substack that never quite says what lands in the envelope. There was no single, honest place to look. I started keeping a list.
I read every listing by hand
Mail Club Hub is that list, grown up. Every club in it, I have looked at myself. I read the fine print: what it costs, what actually shows up in your mailbox, how often, where it ships, and the thing nobody else bothers to check, whether it is still alive. Plenty of lovely clubs stopped mailing years ago and never took the sign down. Those do not make it in.

Mail Club Hub is part of the Slow Mail Society, the small family of brands I run. Two of the clubs in this directory are my own: Dear Future Self, which mails you your own words, and The Reindeer Post, a year-round Christmas club. You will always see them marked as mine, wherever they show up.
You will see them featured around the site, the home page included. I will be straight about why: giving that spot to my own clubs, instead of selling it, is how I keep the directory free for every other creator. What I want this to be
A place you can trust. Somewhere a person who has never heard of a mail club can land, understand the whole quiet world of them in a few minutes, and leave with the one that fits. And somewhere a maker with a wonderful club and no marketing budget finally gets found. That is the whole of it.
